Sherbrooke Basketball is a community based Association with strong ties to the hills district represented weekly in Upwey, Belgrave, Monbulk, Emerald, Cockatoo, Gembrook and surrounding areas.
Under current management we have set high expectations and strategic goals. Our team, both on and off court, are driven and passionate about achieving new heights of success which will ensure a bright future for Sherbrooke Basketball, both locally and state-wide.
The Senior SUNS will enter 2023 with Division Two Men’s team, Championship Women’s team, along with Youth Men and Women competing in the statewide BIG V competition with some key recruits to aid a solid core of local talent.
The continued presence of the SUNS in the BIG V has brought elite basketball to the hills region. This is advantageous to both the sport and corporate partners.
In 2023 we are raising the bar with the recent recruitment of key players for each of our two senior teams who will play a significant role not only on the court, but more importantly in the local community with weekly school visits and junior development programs.
We have consciously kept the price of each package at a very affordable level as we would like to prove our commitment and value to all partners, with the view to expanding in the future based on good commercial viability.
Sherbrooke Basketball offers a range of sponsorship opportunities for the 2023 season. Our player membership ranges from junior beginners, junior domestic, senior domestic, masters, junior representative and senior representative. The Sherbrooke family encompasses over 200 families (700 members).
Hits on our website are at an average rate of 1550 per month. Be part of this growing community based organisation. Our senior players need assistance to cover their costs for representing Sherbrooke SUNS at state competition level. Please consider the following packages
